WEDNESDAY

Today I caught the subway back down to Century21 to shop for the last time...still saving more than I spent! ;)

Then we all went to Billy Elliot, it was amazing -I loved Michael, such a good little dancer and actor! After the show we went to David Letterman stage door to stalk Tina Fey, which was successful for about a second haha!
We decided to have an early dinner at the Stardust Diner where all the waitresses and waiters sing karaoke style to musical theatre and other popular songs whilst bringing your food, it was fun and the meals we're fantastic! Then for dessert we went to Cosi and had smores with oreo's, where they brought us marshmallows, MASSIVE oreo's and chocolate with a little fire so that you make them yourself, awesomeeeee!

We went to see Women on the Verge again tonight, from better seats this time, it was so hilarious!! In love with Laura Benanti! haha

TUESDAY

Hello again!

This morning we walked about 80 blocks!!!! To go shopping down at Century21 near ground zero. Stopping for $1 pizza, to buy bubble wrap, and the friends house in Greenwich Village on the way :)

Then we caught the subway back to American Idiot -the singing was amazing, and Hayley scored plenty of free stage props. After the show we then ducked up to the Wicked stage door where we met up with Mandy Gonzalez who took us BACKSTAGE!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Now Amanda is back again :) woohooo.
Bed time now! Goodnight/Morning Xx

MONDAY

...and now for the rest of the day ;)

I convinced Hayley and Lauren to come back to Alices Tea cup with me (because I loved it so much!) so we all had scones with jam and cream + a pot of tea each, it was lovely and so relaxing just to sit around and chat -because we're usually running at 100 miles an hour!! Haha!

Then we caught the taxi down to the lottery for "In The Heights" which we all won again! I was sitting on the side this time, but it was great to see the show from another angle. We had a few understudies aswell so it was great to see different people in their roles!

MONDAY

early-ish morning

THERE IS ANOTHER MOUSE!

I was watching glee (whilst Hayley and Lauren we're sleeping) when I could hear a rustling noise in the kitchen...but we already caught the mouse right? WRONG! I hopped out of bed and it was inside a plasitc bag on the table!! EWWWWW so I woke up Hayley (as she was the resident hero) and we placed another trap infront of the fridge, then I bumped the table and as it dived for the fridge it got completely caught on the sticky trap! By this time Lauren was awake because of all the noise, and we now had another -this time squeeking mouse. After much discussion we thought we'd put it in a bag so that it would starve of oxygen and die (peacefully?). So I picked up the trap and put it into the bag Lauren was holding we tied it up super tight and ran it down to the basement. PHEW! So now thats 2 down...hopefully no more to come :s

NOTE: I am no longer the wuss :D haha hooray!

SUNDAY

HAPPY HALLOWEEN/THANKSWEEN/HALLOGIVING!!

This morning I went to Alice's Tea Cup for breakfast with Jess -it was so lovely to catch up with somone from Australia in New York :) in the cutest little cafe!

After I walked down to purchase tickets to Addams Family and 3 Pumpkins to CARVEEEE yayyyyyy! So we went to Bob's house and had a pumpkin carving lesson/session with Amanda and Sara.

Then we went to Addams Famliy (in full costume by the way) which was really funny!

And caught the subway down to Greenwich Village to see the famous Halloween Parade...though it was FREEEZING and pretty hard to see, it was still amazing to see so many people in the one place!

^ Best costumes EVER ^

After fighting the masses of people we finally made it back to Bob's apartment where he had been cooking us a FULL ON thanksgiving feast! It was super-delicious and the company was superb!! I wish the night never had to end...
Best american cricket team there is!

Coach Lenzi -Thanksgiving chef extrodinaire!

"trick or treat" :D

But unfortunately November arrived so we walked back to our apartment, and had a sleepover :) which brings me to this morning...

HELLO!!!!!! This is sara. celebrity guest blogger. I have been super excited to blog on here bc im a big fan of these blogs. Even though amanda and I have only been to visit our favorite aussie girls twice, we feel like we have been together for so much longer. Our thanksgiving dinner together was perfect. A night filled with so many laughs, cooking together and sheer fun. Also, being thankful for the times we have had and our new friendships. I cant believe its the next morning where we have to leave our new friends. I dont know if we will ever get to Australia to vist..but I hope we do! Until then, we have some new fun words to teach our friends and family. My favorite... FAIRDINKUM! Although crikey is starting to make it way up the list. :) Ok, well, since I am not really a celebrity or the official blogger, I will end with a Wicked quote. "I have been changed....for good" Words can't express how much I will always remember and value our new friends. -Sara Accardi (probably the funniest and cutest person I have ever met, and oh so talented at making Cricket team t-shirts)
Goodmorning and Goodnight :)

SATURDAY

supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

This morning we caught the subway down to Canal st and got our names painted like buildings on a poster, they look amazing and it only too the man 5 minutes! So amazing!

Then after a little confusion about which subway we needed to get back (third times the charm!) had lunch in Times Square, and we won the Rock Of Ages lottery (twice) and had pretty good seats for the almost sold out show! It was alot of fun and the dancers in it we're so talented!

We shopped for groceries and went home to make dinner, then we we're off to Cherry Tree Lane :) Tonight we had the real Mary Poppins Laura Michelle Kelly and she was so perfect for the role, 'step in time' is still my favorite song so clever!! Around this time of year Broadway shows participate in the charity "Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS" and they sell special show specific merchandise after the performance to raise funds, and at Mary Poppins they sold backstage tours to meet the cast so we bought it and it was so worth it!

FRIDAY

...and Hayley is the HERO of the hour! After an epic struggle around midnight we are mouse freeeeeeee!

Back to the morning though, we started the day with a walk around Central Park. The trees are getting prettier every day and there we're leaves everywhere, so lovelyyy!!

We then stopped at this cute little health food shop for lunch, before walking downtow to Kmart (stopping at a few little shops and Bryant Park) to find extra luggage...hehe. Then we caught the Subway back home and made chicken korma (without the chicken) for dinner.

Then we got super rugged up -because the temprature today was soooo much cooolder than yesterday, and walked down to see Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown, which was actually pretty hilarious.

Which brings us to the mouse. Which is now out of our house, thanks to Hayley who braved the kitchen and the transportation from the apartment to the basement...she is my hero ♥

And now, off to bed :) gooodnight Xx
